I am Dr. William Lubega, a plastic surgeon, co-founder of Rocket Health and Willin Plastic Surgery Associates Ltd. Growing up with my parents in Bugolobi Flats, I always dreamt that one day I would have my own flat in Kampala. For years I had been renting comfortably but the Covid Pandemic was a humble reminder that one needs to own their home. With the economic squeeze monthly rent payments were taking a toll on me and yet I wasn’t renting to own.

One day I visited a banking hall and, in the corner, I saw a sales agent explaining to a client about mortgage options with some real estate companies. I interrupted their session and requested a business card to get in touch later. A couple of weeks later I called the agent and asked them to show me some properties.

When I saw the Casa Luna apartment block, it was love at first sight. The modern design concept, the finishing, and the location are all a match made in heaven. Initially didn’t have the bulk property payment but Comfort Homes management gave me favorable payment terms to enable me to acquire the property.

Today I am a proud owner of one of the iconic apartments at Casa Luna and have since

recommended my professional friends to buy apartments.

Payment plans that suit our clients

 At Comfort Homes, we want to provide our clients a good experience all the way. This includes the payment terms we offer for all the properties on sale. Because we know each client is different, we provide various options.

We encourage our clients to pay for the apartments at the start of setting up the project. This is because the purchase price of an off plan apartment is lower than that of a finished one. Also completion of a project usually takes between two to three years, which means that the client who prefers to pay in installments has more time to settle the payment. So clients who pay at the start of the project have a double advantage. We are also open to negotiations for customers who are buying in bulk (more than one apartment).

We ask clients to place a down payment of 20% of the price at the start. Thereafter those who want to pay in installments can deposit at least Shs5million monthly.

We also accept mortgages and to make things easier, we have partnered with several banks to provide our clients a decent service. With this offer, the process is usually faster and the interest payable is lower. The client is also protected as we sign a Memorandum of Understanding that is fair to all parties.

Our modes of transaction are flexible and one can pay online, through transfers, or through making deposits.
