OUR PROJECTS

Casa: A name that reflects our mission

Many people ask, “What is in a name?” We say, “Everything!” A name is an identity, a marker and something that separates you from the rest. Names are important to us, and this is why each of our projects has a unique one.

Our inspiration for these names was derived from Spain which is where our architectural concepts are from, as well as the Mediterranean region. We wanted something unique, to add value and create a skyline.

We want each owner to feel at home in their house, and so each project has part of their name as “Casa”. Casa means home in Spanish.

Casa Gloria: Gloria means “glory” in Spanish. Our houses are designed in a beautiful manner which lends a touch of splendor to them.

Casa Marcella: Marcella is the Spanish name for Marseille, a town in Colombia, famous for its gardens. At Comfort Homes, we work hard to provide green spaces for families to rest or gather together in.

Casa Belvedere: A belvedere is a house or open-sided gallery that tends to provide a fine view. Belvedere derives from two Italian words, “bel”, which means “beautiful,” and “vedere”, which means “view.” Good views are something we endeavor to make sure our housing projects have.

Casa Celeste: Celeste means heavenly. Our project Casa Celeste is primed to be just that. It provides its residents with spacious rooms, rooftops to hang out, amenities within the project, and of course, beautiful views.

Casa Bonita: Bonita means “pretty” in Spanish and we believe that all our designs are pretty and inviting.

Casa Luna: The word for moon in Spanish is “Luna”. Casa Luna is one of our tallest buildings and while we were not aspiring to get to the moon while constructing, we wanted to make our residents feel closer to it.

Casa Fortuna: Fortuna is a town found in the northeast region in Spain that has a rich history. We want to leave a history that many people will look back on and appreciate in the real estate industry.
